How far do you travel

We can go to your home, office, hotel or events in southern Luxembourg, Arlon and surrounding areas in Belgium, Longwy and Thionville in France and Trier in Germany. (In short, the border shared by the three other countries.) Any services outside these areas are subject to additional costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer that you make your booking through our Online Booking Service – you will be prompted to pay via MindBody Default Secured Payment System. Alternatively, we accept payment in the form of a bank deposit, or cash upon our arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you reach us by email (please make sure that you receive confirmation) or telephone at least 24 hours before the scheduled time so that will give us an opportunity to give your space to someone else. Any notice after that will warrant a 50% charge of the service.
