As a contra-indication to stress, fatigue and pain we recommend movement and much of it.
This will require getting out of bed, the office and the car and walk, run, run with your dog, cycle, swim, hike, play some sport, take yoga and pilates or even belly dancing classes because a stagnant lifestyle leads to stagnant health and who wants that?
Exercise does get the blood circulating, gets your muscles to loosen up and perform at their highest capacity, and gets the body to respire. It also clears your head, helps you sleep better and helps with weight loss and physical ailments.
Of course at the end of all that exercise it’s great to reward your body with a massage to boot toxins right out of your body and promote relaxation.
