How far do you travel?

We can go to your home, office, hotel or events in southern Luxembourg, Arlon and surrounding areas in Belgium, Longwy and Thionville in France and Trier in Germany. (In short, the border shared by the three other countries.) Any services outside these areas are subject to additional costs.

How many people come?

For at home services there is generally one person. We will have 1 to 4 qualified and trained practitioners to perform multiple services in the case of a spa party, a corporate need or an event.

We believe in quality of services professionalism and we hand pick our practitioners based on their qualifications, love for the art of wellbeing and their satisfaction and pleasure in working with others.

What do I need to do for a home treatment?

We ask that you prepare a quiet, warm and comfortable area in your home for your spa moment. That means an area free of children, pets, ringing telephones etc. Prepare some candles if it’s an evening treatment (not obligatory).Have a shower or bath just before our arrival to get your muscles warmed up and put on your relaxed at-home clothes or your favourite bathrobe.

What happens before a treatment?

Before starting any of our treatments we ask you a few health/medical related questions. We also want to find out any allergic reactions that may arise, even though we use natural/organic products. We will also want to find out your specific needs/goals, pain/tension area in the case of massages and skin type and goals in terms of face and body treatments.

What happens during a treatment?

For massages and body treatments we work with the client’s comfort level. The whole idea is to be relaxed and worry-free during the session. Most people prefer to keep their undergarment/underwear on. We use a towel or blanket to drape the body and only uncover the part of the body that we are currently working on. We keep this in mind as the body temperature tend to decrease as it is exposed and your comfort is important.
For skincare treatments we ask men just to remove their shirts and women to remove their bras as we work from the chest/décolté area up.

What happens at the end of a treatment?

We give you a few moments of quiet repose. We invite you to drink water, some soothing or detox tea or infusion. We quietly pack up and leave you to bask in the tranquillity of the moment you just experienced.

What happens if I burp, pass gas or my tummy gurgles or growls during a treatment?

Feel at ease. You’re alive. It’s natural.

What payment method do you accept?

Our website has been updated to provide you with a great online booking system and secure payments can be made using credit cards.  If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you reach us by email (subject to confirmation, please make sure that you receive confirmation) or telephone at least 24 hours before the scheduled time so that will give us an opportunity to give your space to someone else. Any notice after that will warrant a 50% charge of the service.
